ZERO light pollution for your Total Solar Eclipse experience!! This is an "under the stars" location! Bring your tent, hammock, car, van, or camper (22 feet or less)! Our location is 7 miles from the Herpel road turn off. No electricity. This is off the grid camping. There will be water access and a portable toilets! For those who prefer a more rustic experience, primitive camping on a hay field during the 2024 solar eclipse could be just the ticket. While you won’t have access to luxurious amenities, you’ll have a front-row seat to one of the most stunning natural phenomena on earth. But with clear skies and unobstructed views of the eclipse, the experience is sure to be worth it. Sites are approximately40ft x 40ft or 1600sq ft in size. We offer only primitive camping. No sewer or electric hookups are available.
