A great location! Very walkable to bars and restaurants. Especially liked the little backyard patio for enjoying some drinks before heading out. Thanks!

For what we were using the property for, it was just fine (long trip, in late and out early). The game room was cool and a good amount of thought was put into making it as fun of a place as possible. The outside of the property wasn’t the most attractive. In a row of cool looking townhouses, it was one of the smallest and least attractive. There are no pictures of the exterior in the profile. The floors are uneven in almost every room. You can feel as you walk that the floors are sloped. Old building so understandable. The coffee maker has no where to plug into in the kitchen (which was weird) so we had to move it to a different room. Coffee jar was also empty, so I had to look for the coffee bags elsewhere in the kitchen to make coffee. The sink and bathtub have some weird, kind of gross looking stains that don’t come out. At first I thought it could be wiped off and tried, and then realized that they’re a little more permanent. I’m a sucker for attention to detail.

It was a very nice place to rest. Super clean and tidy space. Lots of fun games to help make the stay more enjoyable. 15 walking distance from the Fillmore and many great restaurants and bars.

Cool neighborhood. Easy to park. The game room was super fun. The stairs are very narrow - not a problem for me but some might have trouble. Low ceilings so not recommended if you're tall. I'd stay again.
