This studio has been completely updated and features a full kitchen and bath. The home has a yard; however, it is not fenced. Plenty of free street parking is available right in front of the unit. The street is well-lighted. **Please note that the home is best suited for a max of 2 adults, we allow 4 on the listing to accommodate families who may be traveling with children.**

Super cute studio, Central location. Absolutely more “bang for your Buck” than any hotels.
The place was nice and clean. However, we had a huge leak in the bathroom when rains came flooding from under tub. We had to move out in the middle of the night. They responded 4 hours after flooding telling us they thought the problem was fixed. We did receive a full refund. The rental is on the lowest level I believe a partial basement location .

I was in Little Rock for a race and staying in this cute studio on Kavanaugh was a delight. Very short drive to downtown and my race related activities. While still feeling a little more out of the way. Numerous good dining options nearby. The space was clean, cute, and had everything I needed.
Sarah was very easy to communicate with. I had to make a couple of changes and she never got frustrated with me. Thanks for your patience.
