This was our first time staying at a Airbnb and Sam’s place is exactly as described! We came for a wedding and I felt like I was walking through the pictures that were shown. The only thing that surprised us was walking on the cleaning crew finishing up which was completely fine and funny, at least we knew the place was clean and it was! The first floor has a concrete floor, which was nice and completely fine, felt lovely after being in the Texas heat. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. Kitchen has your pots, pans, glasses, plates, seasonings, utensils etcetera. Extra soft blankets the and giant tvs made it easy to feel comfortable. Any time I needed to ask Sam anything he responded within the hour or less. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Sam’s place was amazing! The house was beautiful and very clean. We felt at home and will definitely try and stay at his place again for our next Austin trip!

My daughter and I came down to Austin and stayed at Sam's place. The house was very welcoming, modern, and furnished with everything we needed for the long weekend. Would definitely recommend and will likely get it again next time we come down.
