It’s a superb location. We can almost walk to everywhere we’d like to, esp. UCB campus cause it’s the very place we often go to during our stay. With many nice coffee shops, restaurants and community markets nearby, life here is pretty convenient. There are enough amenities in the kitchen, with almost everything we need for cooking. Beds in two bedrooms are clean and cozy. Also, Margaret gave plenty of useful information tourists may be interested before we arrived, really helpful.

We stayed at this apartment for nearly a month. Overall a great stay. It's a cute home as part of a condo with all the amenities required for a home stay. I like to keep reviews genuine so here are some pros and cons that we had: Pros: * bruk and binni which are the maintenance folks are super nice and considerate. Also every fault in the house is addressed promptly by them. Also communication with Margaret was good. * the apartment got a home feeling. Can't explain it but it was comforting. * location is closely located by the university by walk. Also feels safe. * in house parking Cons: * there is an apartment upstairs and the floor can get squeeqy at times when the neighbors walk the house.I'm sensitive to noise so it might be just me. * there was some renovation work done outside in the premise during our stay and it bothered me a bit. Once again,I'm sensitive to noise. When I complained about it, it stopped very quickly. So overall not so bad. * the neighborhood has some steep hills for walking but yeah that's Berkeley I guess :) at least we got into some shape. Overall, I highly recommend it. Great stay!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Margaret and team are WONDERFUL. Best Air bnb experience ever!! 100 STARS!!! Thank you for everything. We will stay here again and again. Cannot say enough good things. Bravo!!!

A perfect place to escape to. Quiet, cozy, clean, well maintained. Neighborhood is perfect. Plenty to see and do, though not the least bit crowded. A true European feel. The host representatives, Bruk and Biny, are the best. We will definitely stay again.
