Our modern and vibrant 4 Bedroom home is the ideal getaway for an exquisite & fun stay, close to the beach and nightlife. For our guests, it's the ultimate location to experience all Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet and Smart TV Bedroom 2: Queen bed and closet Bedrooms 3: King bed, dresser, and Smart TV Bedrooms 4: Queen Bed, dresser, large closet, Smart TV BATHROOMS No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This property has 3 full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with towels and hairdryers. Bathroom 1 sits off the main living area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo. Bathroom 2 is located next to the kitchen, with washer and dryer, and walk in shower. Bathroom 3 is attached to bedroom 4, with double sink and walk in shower. If you have additional guests, we have two air mattresses as well available in the bedroom closets. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious area features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you'll need to make delicious meals. You can enjoy your grub at the large dining table (seating for eight), or head to the outdoor dining area to soak up the sun as you eat. The well decorated living room area is decked out with a modern shaped sofa, a 55" Smart TV and arcade game (in hallway). This is the perfect place to hang out as a group, whether you're enjoying a family movie night or a fun game tournament from our collection of board games. OUTDOOR SPACE Hang out on the patio for a pool day or a cookout. Cool off in the private pool which can be heated! We have sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. The outdoor space is also equipped with a gas grill and a dining area. SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. This is located outside the house facing outwards. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the property. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.

House is so cute & welcoming! Looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is set up so cutely when you arrive, and check in is extremely easy. Everything was clean. Patio and pool were clean and tidy as well. I didn’t need to communicate with briana much at all, but the couple times I did she was fast with replying and extremely nice! overall 10/10
We definitely enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and even gracious enough to let us check in early since our flights arrived early in the morning. The home was only 15–20 minutes from the airport. The house was clean and spacious for the 8 of us. We also enjoyed the outside area.
THE FAMILY ENJOYED THEIR STAY. THE LOCATION AND THE EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL. it is such a lovelky place and location.
Brianna was very communicative. This helped because we ran into quite a few problems during our stay (not enough towels/wash cloths and kitchen wall outlets didn't work). Brianna was quick to try and remedy the situation and we really appreciated that. The house looked bigger in pictures than it really is. But, it was just enough for 6 people (two couples and two single individuals). Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
Overall it was a satisfactory stay. Spacious and mostly clean. One MAJOR issue for my family (wife, 7 and 3 year old) was the entrance door lock. The strike plate (were the dead bolt goes into the door frame) was missing. It was just a hole in the door frame making the door feel very loose when closed and locked, almost giving an inch when pressure is applied. I usually carry safety locks for hotels/air BnB, but this door was outward opening as well, rendering those safety tools useless. I had to resort to tying a tie to the couch to make my wife feel at ease. Maybe it’s just her/us, but we like that extra sense of security when in an Air BnB/hotel. Also, the entrance door for the main entrance and backyard were extremely dirty from the outside. The dressers need replacing because of what appears to be water damage on the tops or just wear and tear. I’m sure Brianna will attend to these issues quickly because she was very reachable and friendly but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention it
