fantastic place. comfortable beds. excellent linens. amazing pool. beautiful well stocked kitchen. great fridge with ice maker. 2 minute drive to grocery. 5 minute walk to amazing beach. it has strong waves though and keep an eye on bags. saw parrots. great restaurants near. Naty is an amazing host with excellent recommendations. be prepared though that sometimes the power does go out- but that’s life in uvita. we felt like influencers living here. amazing. the movie theatre room is fantastic too! the home is very secure, too. great grill as well.

This home was absolutely stunning. The pictures doesn’t do it any justice. However, if you are not a outdoor person who doesn’t like insects and other creatures I would advised to choose wisely because Costa Rice is a literal jungle. The home was inviting and their property manager Lisa was flexible. She stayed until we were able to reach the home and gave us a full tour. She also provided some suggestions on places to try and sight see. There is a slight ant problem, other than that the home is amazing, 10/10 would recommend for others to stay here. I also loved that each room has its personal bathroom, and that the house is gated.

El paraíso en Uvita, Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento fue absolutamente inolvidable. La casa superó nuestras expectativas, convirtiéndola en el lugar perfecto para vacacionar, cada detalle contribuyó a una experiencia irrepetible. La casa combina un estilo moderno y acogedor. Cada espacio está impecablemente decorado, equipado (cocina al 100%) y limpio (cuartos, sabanas , paños); tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. La distribución es ideal, te brinda mucha comodidad para compartir con todo el grupo , amé que yo que iba con niños y estuve siempre vigilándolos fácilmente desde la cocina, la salita de estar , el comedor, eso me pareció fantástico. La casa está perfectamente ubicada a sólo unos pasos de la playa, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de la arena y el mar, el acceso a supermercados, farmacias y restaurantes es muy sencillo, tienes todo a tu alcance a unos 10 minutos. La zona es extremadamente segura y tranquila, se respira pura paz mental. Daniela y Rafa

One of the best places I've ever stayed at. It's rare that you find a property that is actually way more stunning in person than in the pictures. Not only is the house 5 min walking from Playa Colonia, but it also has gorgeous decor and furniture. You can tell the house was made with love. All equipment worked perfectly, towels and linen were spotless clean and we felt right at home. Additionally the swimming pool provides some much needed relaxation and it's awesome that you can always have a bit of shade in it, if you're trying to get away from the sun Highly highly recommend this property. We'd stay here again no doubt if we're ever again in the area!
