Ricky’s place was very neat and clean & he was very accommodating, responsive, & friendly. However the studio was attached to a home and we had no control of the temperature leaving us hot throughout the night with only a small window to open for air. We also had to rely on the other guests to wash and replace our towels. The guests above us were loud and stomped around the room throughout our 2nd night and we got no rest so we checked out early and rented another place. I know this was not Ricky’s fault, as he did everything he could to accommodate us and fix the issues. We were just ready to find a place not so far out from the California sights where we could be comfortable and peaceful. But overall it’s a good affordable place to stay if you don’t mind dealing with other guests and not having temperature control.

It was a very easy and smooth stay! The place was cutely furnished (I have the bedside tables from the same set where he got his bed frame and dresser) so it felt familiar and homey. Thank you!!

DEFINITELY SETTING INTO MY FAVORITES. Great price, super safe area. The unit was clean, towels clean, and quiet surround..... Ricky was responsive and kind. 10/10
