With its 300 m2, the holiday home is perfect for a larger family. The apartment is arranged over 3 floors. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so no need to spend your holiday queuing for the bath. The beautiful kitchen-dining room is the heart of the home, with a large dining table where you can enjoy your meals. Several living areas / cozy corners furnished with beautiful armchairs and large sofas, where you can enjoy coffee after dinner or perhaps challenge each other in board games. Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation by one of the glass bay windows with a good book or turn your attention to the pulsating life on the pedestrian street below. The bedrooms are distributed with a large master bedroom on the ground floor and the other 4 double rooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The beautiful bathrooms are distributed with two arranged on the ground floor of the house and two on the first floor. You also have washing machine and dryer available. A set of both located at each end of the apartment. You will find beautiful choice of furniture and attention to detail everywhere. Beautiful bright rooms with good light from the many floor to ceiling windows and skylights. Outside, you will find a large, gorgeous roof terrace arranged at the height of the 1st floor. Beautiful wooden terrace with pots of flowers and grasses, lots of garden furniture and a barbecue. From the 3rd floor, you will also find 2 small balconies with deckchairs and from here a fantastic view of the sea, harbor and city. If you have children, we recommend a visit to Skagen Skaterbane (skate park) located at Kulturhus Kappelborg on the other side of the road. Bring your own scooter or skateboard. While the kids enjoy themselves on the skating rink, treat yourselves to a lunch at one of the nearby cafes or restaurants, e.g. Restaurant Kokkenes, Greens or Jacob’s Café. A short walk from the holiday home you will find Skagen Marina next to the old Bindesbøll fish warehouses. Skagen Fiskerestaurant and Restaurant Pakhuset (seafood restaurants), as well as several smaller eateries, are today located in the old fish warehouses. If you want to explore the local history, a visit to Skagen’s Museum and Anchers Hus is recommended. Here you can experience the famous paintings by the great Skagen painters P.S. Krøyer, Anna Ancher, Michael Ancher, Holger Drachmann and many more. At Ancher’s House you will also find the old water tower and next to it the Skagen Teddy Bear Museum and the Ice Café, for a cool refreshment. Ensure to make room on your holiday bucket list for a trip to Grenen. Grenen is Denmark's outermost point, where the seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet. You can go all the way to the far end of Odden, strool along the beach from Vippefyret (the Tilting Lighthouse) at Sønderstrand. Alternatively, you can park at the car park in Grenen and take Sandormen (tractor with wagon) all the way to the far end of Odden. PETS: Pets allowed. GOOD TO KNOW: No rental for youth groups.
