At first I was reluctant to go live in someone else’s house as a living guest but that quickly faded once I met Tim and Star. They were both extremely welcoming and friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. They’ll give you space if you need it or will get to know you if that’s what you prefer. The unit was wonderful as well. Large bedroom was very welcoming in a city I wasn’t expecting too much in. The area is great as well, lots of food and quick access to many modes of transport. 10/10 stay

This place is such a gem! The best location in San Francisco hands-down. Great walkability to other neighborhoods, delicious food choices, quiet, clean, and safe (close to the U.S. Mint where they make coins)! Tim and Star are very accommodating, responsive, and they sometimes will bake and give you delish baked goods! The place is a charming Victorian house and it is curated so adorably. I love looking at all the quirky interior ornaments around the house. The place even has a cast-iron tub (w claws!). It retains heat real well & makes baths feel amazing and long-lasting. Thank you for making my SF journey so memorable! Gee Gee

I loved staying with Tim and Star!! They are very accommodating, super kind, and helpful. They provided great local recommendations. Their place is really well kept. The room is cozy! I loved the interior design and all the interesting objects they had around! The location is amazing, the are right next to the muni that connects you to downtown and west towards ocean beach easily! I highly recommend to stay with them! Thank you for a great stay Tim and Star!

Tim and Star were great hosts, they were very helpful and I really enjoy staying at their place as they really made me feel at home. The room was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a place extremely convenient to downtown, look no further! Major shops, local cafes and restaurants abound with the closest being on the next block! The MUNI is quick and the closest stop is 2 blocks away. The apartment has an old time charm yet with modern input throughout. Tim and Star are cool and laidback, and make great recommendations! Tim was extremely accommodating and always helpful.
