Enjoy this unique, contemporary waterfront home designed and built by coastal architect FV Rossa. Imagine waking up to the sound of fish jumping in the early morning and watching the manatees in the private boat basin, then loading up your skiff for a day of fishing or beach hopping. This 3-story property is a fisherman's dream, located just off the intracoastal waterway from some of the most vibrant waters in Southwest Florida. With 3000 sqft of living space, a huge kitchen, and wrap-around decks, this townhouse loves to host. The open floor plan features vaulted 20ft ceilings with skylight, and two spacious 2nd floor bedrooms with sunset balconies, king beds, and their own bathrooms. Love to have guests? The third sleeping space is a lofted bunk room, accessible by stair from the second floor. The loft is perfect for grandkids, overflow guests, or as a private reading room. For extra accommodations there is a small futon and queen-sized pull-out couch in the main living space.

Absolutely wonderful! The hosts were fantastic and the home was an architectural masterpiece! We saw manatees almost everyday as we sat on the porch and had coffee. Can’t recommend their place enough! Hoping to make it back there in the future!
We loved it here! Seeing Manatees and dolphins up close was a real cool experience. Brain, Jenny and Margaret could not have been more accommodating. Although there is much to do in the area, Englewood Beach is only 10 mins. away, you can easily spend your day on the patio reading, relaxing and watching the boats come and go. This place is beautiful and we hope to return again next year. Also the neighborhood was very safe to walk and bike. Our pet Charlie, loved it too!
Unit was spacious and clean and everything was very handy. We immediately felt at home and soon were visiting the beaches, parks, and restaurants. Great place for a winter retreat!

Pine Cove is tucked away on Buck Creek, a hidden fishing hole between Englewood and Boca Grande. A key feature of the neighborhood is two private boat basins with egress to Lemon Bay deep enough to support larger vessels. This has attracted sailors and sport fishermen over the years, giving Pine Cove a unique character. Along the basins are modern stilt homes and a few older fishing cottages inhabited by residents and snowbirds alike.
The 80-acre Coy Preserve lines Buck Creek to the east, and backs up directly onto Pine Cove. This raw Florida wilderness is a joy for birdwatchers. Visitors will love walking Lake Drive at dusk, past the alligator pond, to check on the nesting eagles.
Pine Cove is very walkable, though residents seem to prefer bikes and golf carts for visiting one another. Trips to commercial areas in Placida or Englewood will require a car.
