Spacious for two families to travel to Ballarat with nearby playgrounds. However, it is a good 15min drive from Ballarat central. Responsive to questions. Could improve the supply of pots and pans as the house can allow up to 8 people, having medium sized pots/pans (fit for 4 people only) did make self catering more challenging. Need to double check enough towels are supplied to guests as we had to ask for more towels when this was missed and we had two dirty towels in the laundry basket left behind from the pre-arrival cleaning. But they were quick to respond to request for towels and supplied this the same evening which we appreciate.

Lovely stay for a long weekend away with the family. Modern house with everything we needed. Great games room for the kids.

The only thing I would have liked is a few cleaning items like a broom or vacuum. I know we pay a cleaning fee, however, with two little children, we found it difficult to clean up little spills and crumbs. The rug in the main lounge left quite a bit of fluff which I would have liked to have been able to clean up so my baby who’s crawling didn’t get to it
