Super cute and clean place! Within walking distance to Venice beach/Santa Monica pier. The host allowed our 100 pound dog to stay here which is always a plus! I saw someone in the reviews complain about the check in at a lockbox outside but it’s really not bad at all and felt safe, The lockbox to get in is super close to the apartment and we had no problem getting in! Would recommend staying here!

The place was clean and in a good location, but the hot water didn’t work the entire time I was there. I had to shower at my gym before an event, host didn’t seem to be too concerned about no hot water. Hopefully future guests won’t experience the same.

Peter’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway, but it wasn’t quite as walkable as I initially thought it would be. If you’re okay ubering to the busier spots, then this is a perfect spot

The unit is clean and we were happy to have garage parking in the building. Kitchen was well stocked including a bullet blender, toaster and coffee maker. It is a close walk to groceries and coffee. Peter was very responsive to emails. Check in was like a frightening scavenger hunt- not what I wanted to do at 9:00PM. Absolutely the most awful way for a single woman to have to check into an airbnb. There is a lock box across a four lanes of heavy traffic... somewhere in the bushes... of a random address... in a town with which I am unfamiliar. So there we were driving up and down the street in the dark, trying to match a photo of a fire hydrant, cement wall and a red circle edited onto the photo of "the" tree that had the lock box. This place needs a keyless entry door lock!

I had a wonderful stay at Peter’s place. Could not have been more happy with my stay. The place is beautiful and the apartment complex is in an awesome location. Super clean and accessible. Will absolutely stay here again. Places like this one are the reason I love Airbnb!
