First off, This place is pretty run down, rusty structure. Lack of upkeep, super dingy. I understand we had a hurricane a while ago, but some things should have been fixed a while ago. Missing amenities: hot tub, the second pool and the water slide. The vending machines were broken as well, cafe closed at 2. We ended up walking to another resort due to ours being broken and over populated for one small pool. The woke us up telling us we needed to check out a day before our checkout date. I had to go to the front office to fix it. Our door was not locking properly it felt unsecured. There was a random locks door inside our unit which made us feel uncomfortable. We just felt like they lacked training, maintenance and security. Management has a lot of work to do to turn this place around. I know I wasn’t the only hotel guest frustrated. I don’t think I’d ever stay there again.
It was a nice place to stay. It was not mentioned in the listing that my room would be on the deck on the pool so there was lots of children screaming. My remote also had a few buttons that did not work so that was a slight hassle as well. Clean room and nice guests that were fun to hangout with.
Was okay but great staff!
