As always, staying at Ma’am Cath's place is a pleasure. This is my second time booking her unit, and her hospitality never disappoints. She's always accommodating, willing to extend the check-out time for her guests if there are no bookings scheduled for that day.

Catherine's place is worth the money spent, and it is exactly the place you see in the picture. She was very accommodating, prompt in responding to any queries, and provided clear instruction during check-in and check-out. The place is very well maintained and has a good view into the downtown, and spacious enough to have guests visit you. Catherine's place provided a space to rest and also do my office work, and in the evening will be entertained by live music from the resto-bars around. The only thing I thought was a setback was the absence of an induction stove, which would have been great. Overall, it was a great experience was me to spend my vacation break at Catherine's place and I'm sure I'll choose her condo the next time I visit CDO.

We highly recommend this unit for the following reasons: 1. The host, Ms. Catherine, is incredibly accommodating. She promptly responds to all my queries and addresses any concerns I have. 2. The condo unit is cozy and clean, with the ambiance of a five-star hotel. 3. The location offers stunning views from the top. 4. The internet connection is stable. 5. Ms. Catherine's flexibility deserves special mention. She allowed us to check in two hours early and checked out late, allowing us to relax without feeling rushed. For these reasons, we rate our experience 10/10 and will definitely rebook this unit in the near future, as well as recommend it to our friends.
