Loved it here! They were so kind in helping us get from the water taxi to our place. Made it sooo less hectic. Also let us check in a bit early as our previous place had us check out by 10am. It was great not having to wait to settle in… Their Driver was so nice and helpful. I am very high energy so I wanted to see everything as soon as I arrived. Highly recommend a golf cart right when you arrive if you want to see more of the island. It’s a very big and crowded island compared to caye caulker! So much to see! They offered shuttle back to airport as well. So nice. Would have used it but our golfcart rental was right next to airport. Super convenient! Thank you all so much! We will be back!

Great Place, Great Location, Well Furnished

This was a wonderful choice for our first stay on Ambergris Caye! We WILL be back! The convenience of this location cannot be overstated, yet it is private and not noisy. We rented a golf cart through the company Cedrick recommended and they delivered it to the airport when we arrived and picked it up at the airport when we left! This unit is the best one in the complex with a fantastic view of the ocean and good breezes due to being on the top floor. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating. The best. And the kitchen was well stocked, much better than most, which makes things SO much easier, even though we hardly cooked at all. And laundry--the washer/dryer was fantastic and we loved being able to pre-rinse anything beachy at the spray hoses by the pool. (Prevents wear on the washer--DO THIS!) Plus, the pool feels amazing after snorkeling. There's a private lot for parking golf carts, which is awesome. All in all, 5 stars. Will recommend to friends!

Great location and view of the water from 3rd floor balcony. Response time and service from property management was outstanding! Wonderful time in San Pedro!
