Built after World War I by Rudolph and Jennie (Gardner) Doell. It is divided into 4 units, each with their own entrances. Guests enter unit B through the far right front door into the kitchen. Separate bedroom with 1 Queen bed. Living room has TV and 1 Queen FUTON COUCH w/ 2 comfy upholstered rocker chairs. Kitchen has full-size fridge/ freezer and microwave (NO stove/oven). Mini-split unit in each room, in addition to ceiling fans.
