Absolutely beautiful flat the pictures don't do it justice. It's much bigger than it looks and the garden is a good size which the dogs loved. The rooms are all decorated lovely and the bed was so comfy! Ideal location only a 5 minute walk to the shops and 10 minute walk to the beach, we were there every day! I'd say the only things that let it down are that the flat was quite cold, although all the radiators were on full they didn't seem to come on and no instructions were left on how to use the heating system. Also being a downstairs flat it was quite noisy with people walking around upstairs.

The apartment is decorated & styled beautifully. The sofa & bed were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean with towels provided. The yard was nice apart from cigarette dimps presumably from other guests. Unfortunately the kitchen was the let down. On the surface it was clean & beautifully presented, however the fridge hadn’t been cleaned, and the oven tray was full of fat from the previous tenants. There was no salt, pepper or oil provided. There were no cloths, washing up liquid, cleaning spray or tea towels. There was a dishwasher which had the previous guests dirty pots in it but no dishwasher tablets provided. There were only 2 forks which had dried in food on them. And the pans were worn to the point of being unusable. I did text the owner to inform them, but unfortunately they did not respond. Having said this, if the owners replaced the cutlery & pans & added cleaning essentials the stay would have been perfect. The apartment is in a great location and very pretty

Great location for work and to pop into St Anne’s. Comfortable bed but no bed side table with lamp and the whole flat was quite cold with no instructions on how to change if needed. Furnished really stylishly but some parts of the flat needed a bit of renovation with raw walls behind radiators and damp skirting in the bathroom. Kitchen is fabulous - but there was food left in the fridge, no tea or coffee or washing up liquid. Despite any of this I would still recommend for anyone looking to stay in St Anne’s as they are small details…

Great flat, perfectly positioned close to St Anne’s town centre. Comfy and cosy and ideal for our stopover. Charlotte was very helpful answering any questions promptly, a very well recommended place to stay.
