Witness unbeatable views of Kennedy Space Center launches from your porch, find river access just steps away, lounge on 3 separate waterfront deck spaces, or take a dip in the pristine outdoor pool on your next getaway. This is a rare extra-wide corner unit. Please note that the 3rd bedroom is on level 1, off of the garage area. Don’t be discouraged though, it too boasts a water view and a slider door for walk out access to the river or pool! Motorcycle friendly with a large single garage. No car parking in garage. Two outside parking spaces in front of unit as well. Overflow parking/trailer parking available upon request.

Nice place to stay with a beautiful view. Kara was very easy to deal with and very helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. Ideal for bikers with a garage to keep the bikes safe out of the street. Recommended!!!
Very clean modern home, recently refurbished and nicely presented. The views from the deck were amazing. We saw a rocket launch, dolphins, pelicans fishing, sitting right on the deck. Kara was very friendly and helpful beforehand, advising us that a car is useful there, as there are not many bars, restaurants, shops in walking distance. However the peaceful location was fine for us.

It was a lovely space! Having coffee on the porch in the mornings and looking at the water was a perfect way to start the day. We saw two launches and some dolphins during our stay also. I'm originally from this area and we often stay with family or friends when we visit but I would stay here again every time.
I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb last week, and my experience was exceptionally positive. The property's description accurately reflects what is offered: a beautiful, peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which persisted throughout my stay. My primary motive for this journey was to witness a rocket launch, and I was fortunate enough to view one from Cape Canaveral directly from the property's dock. Although I would have preferred a closer vantage point, I recognize this as a limitation of my own planning rather than any shortcoming of the accommodation. The vicinity boasts an array of dining options, enhancing the convenience and enjoyment of my stay. I must express my sincere appreciation to Kara for her exceptional hospitality. While I may not possess the eloquence of a seasoned reviewer, I am compelled to convey my gratitude and acknowledgment of the outstanding experience provided.

This unit is one in a townhome community made up of primarily full time residents.
We recommend a car to get around town as this community is just off of Highway 1. It is a convenient location to get to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, etc., but is not walkable due to the highway.
Guests may enjoy walking down Riveredge Drive to the Tiki Bar at New York, New York or parking in downtown Titusville and perusing Main Street.
