Nice spacious house with a split-level layout which is great for those who don't like long stairs (like young kids). Quiet family-friendly neighborhood. David is quick to respond to messages/questions.

David’s house is very roomy. Convenient location! Lots of fun stuff to do in the house.

David was flexible with us for check in and he was excellent in communicating with us through our our stay. Most food and shopping areas are less than 20 minutes away. We ordered in from Friday’s the first night and the food was amazing. His place is actually bigger than what it appears to be on pictures and we had more than enough space for our group of 4. We loved being able to use the pool table and the hot tub. Overall we had a fantastic time. Thanks again David.

Our group really enjoyed our stay! David’s home is spacious and included several great amenities - hot tub, pool table, huge flat screen tv etc. David was also very accommodating and flexible. We had a great time, I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to NYC.
