Hello Thank you for letting us stay in your place. Since there were no guests before us, they allowed us to check-in 1hr earlier. The balcony is as promised. Very accessible to buses going PITX. :) HDMI is not working (as mentioned they don't have hdmi) but good we were able to use the Chromecast like to connect to the laptop. There are just these few things :( 1. Super smelly dirty rag used to bleach the area :( 2. Rm w 2 beds: - leaky CR, very unsafe - locked glass door to the balcony w/c we can't open. You have to go the other room to go to the balcony. 3. Doormats and mattress at the cabinet, we only found out when we were leaving checking our things. 4. Leaky faucet in the kitchen sink 5. Not "ALL" items as listed are there :( 6. I think Leni is a new host of this property. Give her some time to get familiared everything about it. But overall I think she answered things to the best of her knowledge at the moment... Thank you.

Leni’s place is big and clean. Convenient location too as its right next to a mall. Great view too!

Very spacious unit for the 6 of us and wheelchair friendly for my 94 year old Dad. It has an awesomely spacious balcony that gives you an enchantingly lovely lake view of Taal. I really appreciated the amenities of Ayala Serin that go with staycation. I will surely comeback to stay

We had a great time in Ms. Leni's place. Very clean, spacious and convenient. Very near and accessible to Ayala Malls and church. Most especially, Ms. Leni is very accommodating and considerate. The place is commendable and highly recommended.
