The large covered dock includes covered storage for 2 boats and a screened porch to relax. The dock can handle large boats up to 22 feet. The private lagoon is beside the dock and fairly shallow. Fishing is great off the dock even during the rain during the Summer season. Lake Chickamauga is widely regarded as one of the top 10 bass lakes in the USA. Please be aware that the water level is lower during the months of November through April due to flood control. Chester Frost Park which is 2 miles away offers a free boat ramp and multiple fishing docks. The outdoor space includes a 20 by 32 foot covered pavilion with 5 ceiling fans. Most of the pavilion is screened in with a refrigerator and dining table and chairs. The pavilion is surrounded by a sunny patio and beautiful landscaped yard. Everyone enjoys hanging out at the pavilion. There is a fire pit beside the pavilion. 2 sides of the property are surrounded by the undeveloped portion of Chester Frost Park. Chester Frost Park has a great boat ramp, playground facilities, and a white sand beach, and is only a 1 mile drive by car or a half mile by boat.
