Topanga is equipped with a full size bed, with it's own private bath, an open closet with hangers, A/C & fan, water heater, a working table, and much more. This cozy space is perfect for short to long-term travelers, from backpackers, surfers, divers, & nature lovers. Overall I will be delighted with anyone that's open-minded, who will treat this room/home of ours with love and respect. A perfect stay to experience the nights while you explore the island of Siargao and have the opportunity to live the island experience. What to expect: Topanga room is 1 out of 6 spacious bedroom with a 1 Full size bed good for 2 with A/C & fan, private semi-outdoor bathroom, water heater, walk-in closet, and a dedicated work space. Be mindful of the natural habitats around we live in a jungle after all and this is all just a part of the island experience here in Siargao. Simple not luxury is what is expected here. Therefore it is vital to keep an open and a broad minded viewpoint while living the island life. This is very crucial for you to know as you will be coerced in stepping out of your comfort zone. After all this what you came here for. This is an A/C & Fan room to give you comfort during your sleep. Kitchen is shared and is functional but closed for any bed & breakfast serving. But feel free to use it during your stay when you feel like slipping a quick snack or if you ran out of restaurant options to go. If you’re just a homebody then you’ll definitely put the kitchen in good use. Don’t forget the complimentary coffee to get your coffee fix. 

 *** Please Read *** Due to a recent typhoon Rai (Odette). The place and surrounding is going under rebuilding and renovation. Therefore, there will be some light construction happening during the day just like the rest of the neighborhood in General Luna & Catangnan. Although this space is 100% functional, It is still a working progress. And I greatly appreciate and most grateful of your patience. Internet is no longer an issue as your space and the entire house is within Malibu's Starlink wifi range. Therefore, the internet is flawless and you’ll be able to work or browse the net comfortably. Fyi common areas is allowed to be a working space, so feel free to hang out there. Scooters/Bicycles/Cafe Racer is available in-house upon request **An additional rate will be applied separately ** All surfboards are free to use if you are signed up in the in-house surf-program. Outside the surf program surfboard rental rate is applied. One of the mission for Malibu is to house all sorts of surf enthusiast locally or internationally. In hopes to learn from one another but most importantly is for you to live the island experience and learn or progress in your surfing. So each day brings me closer to that mission thus the reason why I provide surf program in-house for my guest or outside guest. Whether it's dailies, weekly, monthly, or guided surf .
