Santiago and Cynthia helped us a lot, we ended up having an issue while we were supposed to be gone for the day and we ended up not being back until after 3 days. We also had an issue with our account and we were not able to access it anymore, regardless of the check out date we passed, they still kept our stuff safe and were understanding of our situation. They are great poeple who were very attentive to the needs of their guests 🤩

Santiago was extremely kind and communicative. He’s a wonderful host. However, there was miscommunication with the house changing management and we ended up staying somewhere else.
