It is a new apartment/condo in a building that is still being finished. The apartment was in great condition. When we were there is was quiet and empty. We did not get to take advantage of the pool and facilities but a great asset for a future trip. Need a car or transportation but it is very convenient to airport, restaurants San Jose Center etc. Will definitely search it out again down the road.

Amazingly clean and well supplied place. Perfect place to crash after landing in Cabo. Slightly far from any desirable locations but not too bad. Easy drive to San Jose del Cabo.

The condo was beautiful. It is a taxi/Uber ride to most anywhere. It is not very walkable to restaurants or shops. Uber was very responsive. We especially enjoyed the Art Walk on Thursday evening in El Centro. The only negative about the property - there were neighborhood dogs who barked all the time. The pool was gorgeous and wonderful to cool off in during the heat of the day (not heated, too cool for evening) The staff at the entrance were helpful in calling a taxi. You can reach Uber on the app. Enjoy your stay!

its a great place to stay. very local area and no tourist witch we enjoyed. dogs staying in the condo complex would bark most of the morning with no effort by owners to stop. the pool was nice to dip feet into but to cold for swimming

Julians place was great, my family was very comfortable, we even had a great bbq at the grill by the pool. Overall great stay!
