I believe we were given the larger ground unit, so this review is based on a 6 week stay in that unit Jan-Feb. Overall good experience, would consider staying there again. Pros: - great safe location across from a school 1 block off magazine, we could walk to grocery store, post office drop box, restaurants, and more - always had street parking right out front even during mardi gras (unless school was letting in or out) - excellent hot water that never ran out - hosts very responsive to messages and resolving issues -dealt with very heavy rain and ground unit did not flood - big closet - good air conditioner/heating unit Cons: - paper thin ceiling, upstairs tenants active at all hours, very loud walking at 6am and occasional party at night - unit needs cleaning & maintenance, such as the walls being dirty and stains on the bedding. The bathroom door never closed all the way to lock and the bathtub overflow would leak. Toilet paper holder fell off. -wish there was a kitchen sink

This Airbnb is all about the location. Great for a guest who will spend a lot of time out and about. Well stocked with necessities.

Happy to stay down in New Orleans if only on the way through, Taylor was communicative when needed but left us alone otherwise. The place was separated into multiple units, ours was around back down stairs so there was a little confusion at first but no issues otherwise. So furnishings looked like they were a work in progress but everything worked fine with some figuring. Shower handle was awkward and not seated on the cartridge but we made it work. Other than that everything was great

This place was amazing! So close to my son's house. So close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to street car and on off bus. Excellent location.great communication with hosts

clean room very close to restaurants, shops and bus line. very small bathroom and could not reach host after initial checkin
