Apartment located on the ground floor of a renovated period building, with independent entrance. In 35 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people. Overlooking the private internal courtyard and one along the main entrance road. Parking available free of charge along viale Baluardi and ex Mof while the Baluardi car park is available for a fee. We are outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone). Via Mayr is famous for being a street full of clubs and restaurants. The internal space is divided as follows: - LIVING AREA: double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), smart TV, kitchenette (hidden) complete with four induction burners, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, wine glasses and various tools. AC Split. - BEDROOM: double bed (1.60 x1.90 m), a bedside table with lamp, smart TV and wardrobe. AC Split. BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline and mosquito nets. Autonomous heating. External area with closet (complete with washing machine), coffee table and two chairs.

Alloggio gradevole ma soggiorno rovinato dalla presenza di blatte al suo interno. Purtroppo i gestori sono reperibili solo ad orari da ufficio e questo ha reso molto difficoltoso avere assistenza a fronte di una situazione così grave. Ci siamo trovate a cercare un nuovo alloggio alle 22.30 di sera senza nessun supporto da parte dell'host. Poi siamo state supportate dall'assistenza di airbnb e abbiamo ricevuto un rimborso.
We enjoyed our stay. It is not far from the city centre; one can easily walk and explore. The accommodation is fully equipped with what one needs. We would gladly come back.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, trovando l’appartamento super pulito e ordinato, dall’aria accogliente. All’interno si possono trovare tutti i servizi da loro elencati, non pecca assolutamente di nulla. Gli host super disponibili e gentili, anche quando abbiamo richiesto con poco preavviso la possibilità di allungare il soggiorno. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia passare dei giorni nel centro di Ferrara.

Among the main attractions of the city, absolutely not to be missed, we point out the famous Estense Castle, an imposing fortress dating back to the 14th century; the Cathedral of Ferrara, with its white marble façade, called "Duomo" by the people of Ferrara themselves; the Palazzo dei Diamanti, which owes its name to the diamond-shaped white and pink marble blocks that cover its two facades and the Via delle Volte, with its medieval charm.

- Via delle Volte: 5 minutes on foot;
- Palazzo Schifanoia: 8 minutes on foot;
- Ferrara Cathedral: 10 minutes on foot;
- Estense Castle: 13 minutes on foot;

- From Ferrara station, you can take bus no. 1 / 6 / 9 to the "Giovecca Montebello" stop, 10 minutes walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car/taxi;
- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking is located in via Carlo Mayr and via XX Settembre, a few minutes' walk away.
