We had a wonderful time in La Valera area and would return here again. The Panoramic is in a great location of an up and coming area. There were some nice restaurants and cafes just a few mins walk from the building and another 5-7 minutes to Calle 7 where all the activities are happening. We recommend renting bikes/scooters or even a vehicle to get around and save time to get to beaches and cenotes nearby. As for the condo unit - the layout is outstanding, roomy and well furnished. The jungle view from the private pool was well worth the stay and the master bedroom was amazing with direct access to the rooftop. We experienced some concerns that are beyond the control of the building or hosts like power outage, etc. but we're aware that Tulum (and Valeta area) is still building its amenities and services and developing from once a small village to a world class destination. Whatever concerns we had were quickly dealt with by Sandy and her wonderful team. We look forward to returning
home was just as described. it was very quiet, felt safe, and relaxing. beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. having the private plunge pool on the roof was amazing! it was unfortunate that the community pool was completely green and more like a bird bath the entire time we were there. at the end of our week stay, I did recieve notice that they are working on it. they do not provide extra trash bags and toilet paper until needed. felt very cumbersome to get more, just buy your own so you can spend more time enjoying your vacation! it's a bit of a walk to nearby restaurants, some type of transportation while you are there would be good. elevator doesn't consistently work, so you should be able to climb stairs well if you plan to stay here. we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Penthouse with a great terrace and your private pool. The building is so beautiful and peaceful. Our family had a great time!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! It felt very luxurious, even more spacious than expected. The rooftop deck is the best part, with a private pool to cool down, watch the sunrise, or relax in the shaded seating areas. Lots of towels. Beautiful complex and la Veleta is a very cute area. Can’t wait to stay again!

We are located in a lively new colonia near avenue 7 where you can enjoy international gastronomy, bars, cafes, hippie chic stores in mix with local culture.
Remember that Tulum is an adventure, we are a small town becoming a city, the streets in many areas of Tulum are rustic, take this into account when preparing your trip.
There are several ways to get to the points, I share with you the main ones:
With rented BICYCLE " BIKE SUERTE CORP" ask for our prices at reception or at the cell phone number that comes in the welcome message. Remember to ask for proof of formal payment.
2. RENT A CAR
There are good prices! just be careful! when renting sometimes the insurance is very expensive, look for the option that suits you best.
3. BY TAXI
There is also this transportation option, remember to negotiate with the cab driver ;)
