We had a wonderful stay at Shameika‘s place! From the very beginning she was a very reliant and incredibly accommodating host, answered any questions very quickly and gave precise and helpful instructions. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, about ten minutes walking distance to the next beach and near to the University where we needed to head to every morning. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious with AC and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and a door to a little patio to sit outside. All in all, it has been a super pleasant time at Las Artes, we would be lucky if we are able to come back some time in the future!

Not just a neighborhood, we are located within a community where everyone is like family. You will be greeted with morning or evening pleasantries by everyone you encounter whether you are sitting at sunset on the outdoor patio taking in the view of the ocean or taking a quick stroll to get a bite at Curt’s or to making a shopping run at one of the nearby supermarkets. Basketball, Volleyball and Soccer playing field are nearby.
