Exactly as described. Very easy walk to restaurant and boat launch. Super peaceful and awesome view from large screened porch.

Cypress Drive is the main street that runs along Caddo Lake in Uncertain, TX (pop 95!) We are a few houses down from a boat launch with a diner, and about 1.5 miles from Caddo Lake State Park.
