Broken microwave. Broken oven. One of the bedrooms missing a door. Broken doors in sunroof and ripped screens, so it was full of wasps. Numerous sharp wood screws sticking out of doorframe, which could easily impale guests walking through the doorway

The property was great! Nicely decorated and in a peaceful location . The listing says no pets allowed. but guests prior to us had brought dogs and there was dog hair all over the couch and chair cushions.. Reached out to evolve and guest contact, maybe because it was New Year’s Eve, they couldn’t send a cleaning crew to clear it. Except for this , the stay was great..

This cabin is in a great location to enjoy the beauty of the Caddo Lake area. Right on the water with beautiful uninterrupted views from the den and dining areas. Layout is great for a group traveling together with three separate bedrooms (TV in each) and plenty of bed space. Huge living/dining space. Comfortable couches and chairs for relaxing. The kitchen is well appointed for preparing meals. Our family prepared a large Thanksgiving meal with the utensils provided. Appreciated the amount of linens! As in the photos, the water is very close to the cabin---a plus for those enjoying the water for fishing or launching a boat but parents of small ones need to be vigilant). The screened porch could be a nice outdoor space but needs some repair (door off the hinges; screens ripped) and cleaning. Close to a state park , eating establishments and within easy driving distance to stores (15 minutes). Overall a great place to stay and would be on my list for a return stay.

Had a peaceful stay. Was in town to kayak the many paddling trails and the area does not disappoint. The place was very clean on the inside. Outside needs some TLC and would make this a spectacular place to visit. Otherwise, I was very comfortable and was in close proximity to a few of the best paddling trails on Caddo Lake.
