Perfect for Fordham students! Please note that this booking is for one bedroom (Room #5) in a shared six bedroom apartment for a 30 day stay minimum. - Full size bed - 35 minute subway ride to Manhattan - 10 minute walk to Fordham University - 20 minute subway ride to Yankee Stadium This booking includes access to: - 1 bedroom (apartment has 6) - 2 full bathrooms - kitchen & workspace/dining area Street parking available, designated parking available for an additional $250/month Airport drop off/pick up available - $60 each way. Please note that we will ask you to sign a basic mid-term rental contract upon booking, as well as a copy of your ID.
