Very good communication with Mr Chato, he is very responsive and helpful. The property is in a good location, one bedroom apartment on the ground floor has been refurbished and new decorated, only the biggest disappointment was that there is no housekeeping at all, you can see that only the bedding has been done, except of cleaning, the shower room wasn't clean at all, mirror , glass, sink, floor is dusty and dirty in the shower room and in the bedroom, you must have a pair of slippers with you or socks , was dirty kitchen table and cooker wasn't cleaned, no coffee or tea bags, no kitchen towel, no shower gel, only a little left of handwash, only one glass in the kitchen, and too small cups (not everyone taste) Remote control was under the sofa as well... The apartment it self got not bad layout, but missing few things in the bedroom. It's ok probably for one night stay, and really need a good attention to the cleaning.

Needed somewhere to stay last minute due to work. Couple of nights. This fit the bill in terms of area/price. Entrance a bit tricky, got the code to open key safe from host and got that easy enough. However the outside door was very stiff to open - needed quite a bit of persuasion. Apartment door inside also rubbed on frame so needed a fair nudge to open too. Inside minimal/basic, TV on wall but had no signal for any channels so useless. Walls needed finishing, not painted. Clean enough, there's a small fridge and cutlery. Bathroom small, toilet worked fine. No shower gel. Shower water was slow to drain through the plug, so quickly stood in a 2" puddle, obviously blocked a bit somewhere. Bed/pillows/duvet ok but not particularly comfortable. Not a very homely feel to staying there, especially compared to other places I've stayed (at similar price). Good enough for my needs. I probably could have messaged host on some of these issues, I'm sure he would've replied quickly.

Great private space with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy access to shops and places to eat, or full kitchen if you prefer to eat in. In short, All good.

Great location for Football matches at Elland rd stadium, 1-miles walk or bus. Great pub next door people there are very friendly (drinks only) The apartment was clean and spacious for 2 people. The only trouble was front door sticks a little, a little extra push and it opens. I will rent it again next year on my annual trip to Leeds United games.
