we cooked a lot and found the kitchen well laid out and having everything we needed. no food processor, but I have yet to find one in any short term rental for obvious reasons the place has a simple, efficient layout, well stocked and appointed. we had the good fortune to meet the owner's guy David who cleans plus. he is a fountain of information we really enjoyed being in the center of town, easily accessed and yet removed from the noisier areas an easy 5 plus

This mat be one of my favorite places I have ever stayed in Provincetown! The place is so close to the hustle and bustle of Commercial street and yet was far enough away that we felt like we were in our own little peaceful oasis each morning we woke up. Tim was so responsive and allowed for us to leisurely check-out on our last day which ensured we were rested properly prior to our departure! I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again and enjoy Tim’s beautiful condo with all of the amenities! Thank you again!
