Great place…very close to Newport restaurants and bars. Beautiful sunset. Warren was a great host…he actually got us tickets to a Kentucky Derby party at the breakers carriage house.

This place is in a truly fantastic location for enjoying Newport and Middletown, with the beach and restaurants within close walking distance. Warren is a responsive host who answered all of our questions within minutes. The place appears newly renovated and was sparkling clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The outside of the house doesn't quite match up to the updated and clean interior, but that may be because the exterior areas weren't yet set up for the season. Renters should also be aware that the lower level is a separate airbnb unit and noise does travel between the two units. All in all, a very nice stay.

Warren’s home had a beautiful view of the water from the deck. There were several restaurants in a short walking distance (5-10mins) that made it easy for my group to get breakfast and dinner. Uber to downtown Newport is only a few mins away. Warren was very quick to respond and accommodating.

the host is very friendly and super acommodating and very easily reachable and had tons of suggestions about local life. all the necessaty were provided in the house and more. the housr was clean and had everything we needed. the view from the living room is amazing and everything is a walking distance from the house.

GREAT LOCATION! Walkable distance to shops and local restaurants. The Atlantic Grill was super. 2 minute drive to local beach! House was very clean and owner response time and communication was excellent. The Cliff Walk was super close and so beautiful that we actually did it twice. There was room for two cars in the driveway. Each room had its own thermostat and there were PLENTY of towels. Perfect layout for family time, but enjoyed the four private bedrooms. We would definitely come back!
