The house was beautiful and as described. The hosts communicated expectations clearly and quickly and got back to me quickly when I had questions. My only real “complaint” is that we had to leave. Expect to make a stop at a grocery store nearby if you are staying for more than a few nights and want to use the kitchen to cook. They provide a starter amount of soap and toilet paper.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s immaculate, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It’s a must stay!

Marty’s house was very nice. Modern, clean and a quiet neighborhood. We had a great month visiting St Augustine.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Clean, modern and spacious. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Convenient location very close to Palencia where we were visiting family and close to St Augustine.

This home was immaculate. Very spacious for a family of 6. The additional living area was a bonus for us with the guys and their video games. It’s close to downtown St Augustine and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Marty is very attentive and he was easy to reach if we needed him. I highly recommend this place.
