Fees apply. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7 - This area has wildlife roaming around day and night on the property. Please keep an eye on your dog(s) at all times. - This home does not have a pack play or a highchair. - The fireplaces are to not be used. - We ask that you are mindful of your usage with the BBQ, fire pit, and dryer, as these amenities run on propane. - This home is not ideal for young children. There are lots of stairs, there is no lifeguard, and the swimming pools are not fenced. - Both of the saltwater pools are heated by solar panels and not by a traditional pool heater where you have the ability to change the temperature at will. Solar heating is dependent on environmental conditions, so it may not provide consistent warmth throughout the year, especially in colder seasons. The water temperature cannot be changed at any time. Please expect the pool water to be in the 70 s (degrees) in the cooler seasons and higher in the summer season. You still have the ability to heat the spa. - Please refrain from jumping from one pool to another. No diving. - The loft area is considered a bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people. There is no physical door, but there are curtains to provide privacy. - There is a projector with an HDMI cord to connect video game consoles to the projector (Xbox, Playstation, etc). You must bring your own console, controllers, and games. - Please note the door from the master bedroom to the backyard is not functional and is locked off. - This home can also be rented as Slide Splash Retreat for a maximum occupancy of 16! Please inquire with our Reservations Team for more details. CANCELLATION POLICY - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. - Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). - Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
