Good base for a few days in Perth. Clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Great location next to a park and reserve with walk trails. Very quiet street. The cosy dining area is tiny and lacks comfortable lounge chairs for watching TV or relaxing. This might be an issue if you prefer to spend time at home rather than going out at night. It suited us but would be cramped if more than two guests. Friendly host.

Great place, nice AC in both bedrooms, nice pool and outdoor sitting areas. Only the beds were extremely soft, too soft and pillows aswell. And the master bed was cracking by every moment you made. Rose is a great host, good communication, everything was very clean and she left us some nice snacks.

Rose's place was clean and tidy. She pays attention to detail. Rose is approachable, responsive and very friendly. The house is in a beautiful area and I felt very safe walking around the lake. Great value for money.

Rose has a really nice completely private section in her guest suite. I didn’t see or hear the family once. If I ever come back to Perth I would 100% stay there and couldn’t recommend her house enough, thanks again for having me!
