Welcome to our lovely townhouse in Vista Cay, without a doubt the best location in all Orlando! Sleeping 8 comfortably. 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 6. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal BED & BATH There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens. Also a double double guest room with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor is 3rd King room with en-suite shower room. The townhouse also has a small garage (too small for most vehicles) and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away

Words cannot describe how great it was staying at Alex’s place! The home was very clean from top to bottom, loaded with toiletries, fresh towels, clean dishes, and everything to make you feel right at home. The resort also had great amenities such as a game room, fitness center, an amazing pool, jacuzzi, and a bar that offered happy hour! The home is in a beautiful, private area with multiple restaurants and stores close by, and only 15 minutes from the airport. But most of all, Alex is the real gem here. He was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire stay. I refuse to stay anywhere else the next time im in Orlando because Alex’s home is the way to go!

Alex was an amazing host with a gorgeous property, located in the perfect spot. Beautifully updated home that was very clean. Great communication from the host, and accommodated a late check out with little notice. Would recommend to anyone asking for advice on a place to stay in Orlando!

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
