Nice place,we spent 3 weeks here and the host was fabulous supplied fresh water everything works and cleaned. Very responsive host cater all what we need. We will definitely come back to her place. Check-in was smooth also with fresh water ready and a wine. Walkable to restaurants. We had a very good experience specially its our first airbnb experience. I highly recommend her place😊👍🏼

Nerfe is an excellent host. Always friendly and quick to respond to messages and most importantly proactive in anticipating the needs of her guests. Her place in Marina Spatial is exactly as described and pictured on her listing. She stocked the apartment in a way that goes above and beyond the usual host by providing all the needed toiletries (tissues, soaps) and providing a well stocked food pantry. The apartment itself was clean and smelled good and all the linen and towels were spotless. Water pressure is strong and hot water is quick to respond in the shower. The wifi was fast and allowed us to work remotely each night of our stay. Access to Netflix is provided through a smart TV and streamed without issue. This is the best airbnb we have stayed at and we extended our stay without hesitation when we needed a few extra days in the area. We recommend both this apartment and host 100% and will book again if we need a place to stay in Dumaguete.
