Excellent villa. Clean, modern and a lovely large garden and pool! Any queries were dealt with immediately and always happy to give recommendations on supermarkets etc. Lovely stay!

The apartment is very nice and exactly as pictured. I rarely experience a hotel or airbnb which looked exactly like on the pictures but this does! We felt like being home from the minute we got there - maybe even before we got there as the communication with the host was exceptionally good! Rita was very responsive and helpful no matter what the question was. The house is in very good shape and very clean! We had everything we needed to have some relaxing days in-between our trips around the island. Even the kitchen was well equipped and there is also a grill/fireplace outside the apartment. The view from the building to the ocean is amazing! We saw some nice sunsets there. The house is a 10/10. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Madeira. The only thing which is not perfect is the location. There is a school and a major street near the apartment and not much in walking distance. We, however, took the car for daytrips anyway and the private parking was nice!
