Attractive 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance and attractive courtyard, with private parking directly outside the courtyard. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with Oven, microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Pantry, washing machine. Bedroom with ensuite shower and walk in wardrobe. Close to village of Westbourne with bakery, Co-op, 2 x Pubs, Fish and Chip Shop, Curry House.(within 200metres). Chichester, Portsmouth, Hayling Island, the South Downs and Goodwood are all within easy reach. Open plan sitting room / kitchen with oak flooring and fully fitted built in kitchen. Desk space with internet access. The bedroom contains a double bed, although access is limited to one side of the bed only, therefore it is best suited to 1 guest only. Ensuite shower room.

Staying in the courtyard apartment for 2 weeks was just perfect. The apartment was well presented, in tranquil surroundings. Bright and airy, very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, it instantly felt like home from home. There was plenty of clean bed linen and towels, with a washing machine & drying facilities if needed. On arriving Sandra the host introduced herself, ensuring everything was to my liking. With milk & butter in the fridge, bread coffee and teabags available, what more does anyone want, so thoughtful. I would highly recommend the courtyard apartment.
Sandra is a lovely host, she does everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable and that you have everything you need. The Courtyard apartment is absolutely beautiful, light, airy and cosy, very tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. All amenities are provided. The location is lovely, the village has everything you need. It’s peaceful and tranquil, I loved my stay and was sorry to leave. For anyone looking for a ‘home from home’ I would highly recommend The Courtyard apartment.
Sandra's home was a fantastic, private stay for my work purposes. Fitted out to a high specification it felt really cosy and served for a great weeks stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Perfect location, perfect accommodation, and perfect host
The apartment was of the highest quality, in a lovely setting. The hostess was charming and helpful. The whole package is to be highly recommended.

Located in the village of Westbourne, 100 metres to the village facilities.. Public transport links are limited, therefore a car or bike is advisable. Closest train station is at Emsworth, 1.25 miles. Havant station 3 miles - direct trains to London. Chichester Festival theatre is approx 7 miles away. West Wittering beach nearby.
