The hosts were very responsive and super kind to us! The place was exactly as shown from the photos. We had a few issues though: the wifi did not work at all. We were told that it can be spotty, which is totally understandable, but it’s unfortunate that it didn’t work at all and very little instruction was giving in the manual. This would be a huge inconvenience for people who may be coming to work remotely. There was also no wood for the fireplace so in case the power went out, it would’ve been awful for the whole group in the middle of winter. All in all, it was a good place!

We had a wonderful family holiday at the cottage. The main floor is perfect for a large group : we could all eat together in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy quality time in the living room, in front of the fireplace. We also explored a few hiking trails in the area. Thanks for a great winter break!

The cottage is beautiful! We loved the large, open lounge space by the fire and the many beds. A great group escape. The property is stunning and gives a lot of privacy. Everything was clean, well-organized, and easy to find. We really appreciated the early check-in and late check-out. We are hoping it won't get sold too fast so we can return again with our family :) A couple of easy improvements: It didn't matter to us, but there is no WiFi. It wasn't even turned on. Also, be aware that the large basement bedroom is right next to the furnace room, and it's VERY loud when it comes on. Bring earplugs! I was a bit saddned by the many bits of garbage strown around the property.

The grounds and cottage are very nice. However, there were some things not quite okay. There was one bed missing. We booked for 14 people but when we got there we only found 13 beds. When I asked the host about it I got told that the cottage holds 14 people but only has 13 beds and that queen size beds can hold 2 people. We used all the beds but one person had to make their own bed on the couch without any lines/sheets. If there aren’t 14 beds, the cottage doesn’t hold 14 people! Also the wifi was not existing. It says it is not reliable but it didn’t show on anyones phone the whole weekend. That’s rather non-existing than unreliable. (i think the add was changed now) Also the kitchen was not really clean when we arrived and some of the canoes where broken. Also in the basement there is a very loud and weird noise which we didn’t know what it was and made sleeping there a little hard. Overall, we had a nice stay, however, these things were just a bummer to our stay.

It was a lovely place and the hosts were great! They were super responsive and very helpful! The place was fairly accurate to the pictures and it was well stocked. For the price it was UNREAL! It could use a little TLC in places but again, worth every penny and I would definitely go back.
