We decided very last minute to get away for the weekend. It was my first experience booking through Airbnb, and because these hosts were so responsive and helpful, it made it a great one:) They were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The location is very peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for. Even though it was a lousy weather weekend, we still had a very enjoyable time just relaxing in the cabin where we hot tubbed, played games and enjoyed the view. We would love to return during a more outdoorsy season to really enjoy all that the resort has to offer. Although for this trip, the quiet was exactly what we were looking for. We arrived to a very inviting, warm cabin with a chilled bottle of sparkling wine, that was a very nice touch after a busy work week. We will definitely be back!! What a hidden gem and thank you Ed, for your hospitality.

We met up with friends of our from Toronto and had an amazing winter cottage stay! Spring wood is a great balance of that classic cozy cottage feel and the creature comforts of home. Ed gave us such a warm welcome and was so accommodating. Lots of fun winter activities were set up. I can only imagine how fun Springwood is in summer. Perfect spot for groups and families. Can’t wait to go back!

Springwood offers a unique combination of individual cabins in a resort layout with enough activities available for all tastes. Ed and his team are quick to respond to requests and to showcase what their property has to offer. Perfect for a winter getaway.

We had a fantastic time over the Thanksgiving long weekend! It was exactly what I was expecting (and more). We will definitely go back.
