Great private space, very clean, good small but fully equipped kitchen, nice bedroom / living space and separate bathroom (with shower) - this was a great spot to stay and thoughtfully planned to make it perfect for a visitor to feel at home / have everything they need.

This was my fourth stay at Dawn's and it was as good as ever - quiet, comfortable, clean and ideal for staying in Canterbury if you don't mind being a little out of the city centre. Perfect for cricket fans being right outside the St Lawrence Ground and only a couple of minutes walk from a Sainsbury's Local. Dawn is always very responsive as host. I look forward to returning.

This is a great flat, I was on placement at the hospital for a month so this was the perfect location for access and had the added benefit of parking. The flat is beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable, with all you could need for a longer stay. Its location, set back from the main road, means it is peaceful and quiet but with only an 20-30min walk into the town centre. Dawn was very thoughtful and she and David were responsive to any queries. Many thanks for my stay!
