Quiet apartment whit spectacular panoramic views of Jerusalem located in the heart of Jerusalem In the luxurious tower residence "Savyon View" Balcony, 24-hour security, Lobby Plasma TV, Smart TV, Nespresso, Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher .. And everything you need for a pleasant stay Location: a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and 5 min walk the famous "Mahané Yehouda" markets, 2 minutes from the tram and restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping malls. The living room is full of light thanks to the high windows. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains basic amenities. Kitchen is part of the living room. The bedroom spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The room quiet despite the central location of the place. You can close the blinds for a dark atmosphere. Shades are ultra modern electrical blinds. The toilets are inside the bathroom and washing machine is available on spot. You will be able to enjoy also from TV and free WiFi in the entire apartment. I provide my guests with fresh linens and towels.
It’s a nice-sized apartment, beautifully laid out, nicely furnished. There were some technical problems with the light switches that I understand the owner is working on. At night, both bedrooms were very quiet and dark. During the day, you should know, you can hear some street noise, if that matters to you. The mattresses were excellent, as was the water pressure! Very convenient location, good parking. The owner claims that because of the war and having to use a different cleaner, there is some difficulty communicating with the cleaners. This was unfortunate in our case, as we had paid extra money for early check-in, but the cleaner wasn’t finished until an hour and ten minutes after the check-in time we had agreed on. I understand that communication was a problem, but it would have been nice if the owner had agreed to refund us the extra money we paid. The cleaner didn’t know about our late check-out and buzzed the door 3 hours before the agreed time.
The building is located in a prime location in Jerusalem - Raul Wallenberg 3.
The surrounding area is a mix of residential and commercial spaces, with plenty of amenities and attractions
nearby.
The street is quite and peaceful, providing a serene environment for residents.
One of the highlights of the property is its proximity to many historical and cultural landmarks,
such as: the Old City of Jerusalem, Hakotel (the Wailing Wall), Machne Yehuda market, City of
David, Mamilla, and many more.
The area is also home to many markets, shops, and
restaurants, well as pubs and bars, providing a vibrant atmosphere for tourists and locals alike.
All transportations and famous sites to visit at few minutes walk. Tramway / bus / local sherut down the building
