This is not the entire unit…it is one bedroom and private bathroom in a unit shared with the owner (retired teacher). With notice, the two single beds can be joined to make a king. Located very centrally in the coastal town of Caloundra, this apartment has stunning views of the ocean and the Glasshouse Mountains. Within minutes you can be swimming in the ocean or taking long walks along the beach and coastline. There is also a pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, a small gym and a bbq area. While guests have their own private lockable bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen, living areas and balcony are shared with the host, although the host will likely spend most of the time in his own room. The space is newly renovated.

What a stunning view and what a great host and guy Greg is. We really enjoyed our short stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Gregs place was super clean and nice and we had great chats about his travels living overseas etc. Hope to return to stay again! Highly recommended.

Greg's place was very clean with great views and amenities of the complex. He met us on arrival and showed us around. Great Host and was helpful but also gave us plenty of privacy as a couple staying. Floor plan lends itself to giving you your own space. Walk to everything you need and Greg was flexible with our check out whilst we visited the markets.
Beautiful apartment with lovely views, comfy beds and within walking distance to the beach, cafe's and many restaurants. Greg was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. My son and I had a wonderful nights stay and would highly recommend Greg's place!
Greg's unit is near new with a recently rennovated kitchen. Private bedroom and private bathroom, shared common areas. Greg was very welcoming and easy to talk to, he is a gracious host. Central location, pool and gym. If you are OK sharing a unit, this is a gem!

Caloundra is a sleepy little coastal town with beautiful beaches and an interesting Main Street that hosts outdoor markets every Sunday. It is the gateway to the Sunshine Coast region with many things for the outdoor enthusiast to do.
There is parking included for free on site. The local Caloundra bus interchange is a 5 minute walk.
