We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and Carol’s tiny home has by far been our favorite. We were greeted by her and her amazing doggies when we arrived, it doesn’t get better than that! The house was roomy and so cozy, perfect for 2 people. In the morning we were greeted with scooby while we were having our coffee and he was so excited to take us to the “swimming hole” down the road. It was the most peaceful place we have ever been to. We were soooo sad to leave. I highly recommend that you book this perfect little home.

Carol and Doc are amazing hosts to one of the most peaceful getaways you could ever have. Set among trees, mountains, rivers,…there’s a view from every window. The Tiny home does not feel tiny at all. More cozy and comfy. Bed was huge and linens very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with common spices, oil, coffee/tea/sugar. Safe and fun place for kids as well with a shallow river, just walking distance away with small sandy beach areas nestled among a rocky bank. We definitely plan to be regulars!

What a glorious haven of rest, it is absolutely stunning and so gorgeous. The tiny home felt spacious and was detailed with the most perfect color of happy yellow in every area. The birds chirped, the sunrises were breathtaking, and the stillness of the mountains sunk into my spirit. I had the most lovely stay, and I cherished every moment and got inspired to live “tiny,” 13ft. ceilings and impeccable design made this perfection seem expansive. It is a true keeper, thank you, Carole and Doc, and hugs to all the sweet puppies who greeted me when I arrived. I could not have dreamed of a better three days!!!!

Wow, I don't want to leave a review and gatekeep this special place to myself. :) It was so good we booked an extra day on the day we were supposed to go. It was very remote and peaceful, by the river; perks were the pups for us. We just fell in love with Ojai, and Carol was such a great host. We can't wait to come back. Thank you, Carol, for an unforgettable birthday and Mother’s Day weekend. Give Yeti and Scoobie an extra scratch for us we miss them already. Xx

Carol and Doc + The Sespe Super Hounds are the best hosts I have yet experienced on AirBnb. The tiny home was just perfect for what we wanted for the weekend; Carol and Doc are very good people and super welcoming. They shared lots of local insights, hiking trails and tips and tricks to keep us knowledgeable and comfortable on the land. If the tiny home and the amazing yard and views weren’t enough, the Super Hounds absolutely made the trip. So much fun to have the dogs join us for a drink by the fire pit, and keep us company on our little walk down to the water. They are all so well behaved and just adorable. The tiny home was fantastic. Very nice, very clean, and exactly as advertised. We hope to come back again in the future.
