The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. We can accommodate 12 in beds and you will truly feel the cabin atmosphere with the two upstairs eating decks as well as the lower deck. (Winterized Nov-April). Indoor fireplace, table with extension, great room downstairs and middle floor. Games, books, outdoor sleds for winter use, close to Big Trees State Park and 30-45 minutes to ski area depending on weather. The main living space and two bedrooms with queen beds are on the middle floor with access to two of the decks. The loft bedroom and king size bed is accessible from the back of the kitchen near sliding door. The basement has a bedroom with a queen plus two drop down double size beds in the great room. Great place for a large crowd!

The house was perfect for a mini get away. It’s a very peaceful & beautiful location. The house was very clean, and the rooms had lots of space. I love how there was enough pots, pans, and kitchen supplies just incase I needed to cook. The living room is very spacious and has lots of board games to play with. There are many beds and lots of space, it’s perfect for a family trip. The host is very friendly and informative, it was very easy to communicate with her. Overall I had a great time and would love to stay there again.

Pinebrook HOA is a popular HOA in Arnold and we are in walking distance of the private lake and playground. There is a picnic area, Pickleball, Frisbee Golf and if you happen to come on the right weekend you may catch a movie at the Amphitheater. The neighborhood is great for walking. Strict leash law and absolutely no dogs at picnic, beach or other HOA common areas. You will see people walking their dogs throughout the neighborhood though. This is the mountains...we do have bears and a mountain lion throughout this summer so pay attention to your children and pets and do not walk alone without bear spray or some other aid.
The neighborhood is peaceful for walking. We have plenty of space for parking. We are ten minutes from Arnold.
