Very wonderful place to be quiet. Secluded and lots of space in the game room was amazing and and the view was beautiful. We'll book again

I have never rented from Vacasa before and if this is way they rent their properties and customer service I will NEVER rent from them again. If the only review wouldn't have put the exact directions on how to get to the house we wouldn't have ever found it. when we arrived the porch and the furniture was filthy. Upon entering the house the musty smell was horrible. The stove was filthy. The 3rd bedroom you had to go outside and down uneven and unsafe steps. Upon entering that area the basement floor has never been finished so they just put a small area rug on top of it. Extremely musty. I immediately reached out to them and I just kept getting the same typed text message with no follow-up. My sister has an LVAD which keeps her heart beating because her heart is dead. I told them there wasn't any phone service and I had to have it because of her health situation. We didn't put anything in the house we stayed on the porch waiting for a response. We finally left at 5PM

First off, definitely worth what we paid. very beautiful and clean. plenty of space and games in the game room. 5 stars. prepare yourself for the last mile before you actually get to the house. it's a very narrow dirt road covered in potholes. very rough and I wouldn't drive on it after dark. GPS cuts out right before you get there. you need to drive past the house, make a u-turn and continue up the mountain to get to the driveway.
